JOB DESCRIPTION: RECEPTIONIST – Part Time – Cheyenne, WY

Hours are 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday – Friday (5 hours a day)

Pay: $10 – $11 per hour – DOE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Receptionist, under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, is responsible for a variety of secretarial and clerical functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Answers telephone calls and greets clients.
  2. Complete written communications as requested by Administrative Staff
  3. Agency Mail – go to Post Office in morning/afternoon, prep outgoing mail, and deliver FedEx and/or UPS packages as necessary.
  4. Operates computer (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), typewriter and other office machines.
  5. Processes incoming monies.
  6. Maintain, order, and purchase office and building supplies through local and online vendors
  7. Maintains files for various programs.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of one year general office work or completion of office curriculum in school; type at least 40 wpm; experience with computer, typewriter and other office machines.  Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
